Perfect Waxing – Cancellation Policy

We are busy people and value your support, so I hope you’ll understand that “no-shows” or “cancellation ” impact heavily on the salon and the earnings of our staff.
When becoming a client of Perfect Waxing you agree to abide by our Cancellation Policy & Terms of Business.
Prices are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without notice.
We will endeavour to respond to your e-mail enquires within 24 hours wherever possible.
If you are running late you may have your treatment time shortened or rearranged to avoid inconvenience caused to other clients on our schedule. If you are more than 15 mins late we may not be able to carry out your service and full cost will be charged.

The Following Terms Apply To All Appointments Made

All treatments/bookings require card details left at time of booking. Your card details are stored by STRIPE 

This is to secure my undivided attention to you during your appointment which will not be confirmed until booking fee or card details has been received.
24 hours notice is required if you need to cancel or change your appointment, otherwise the late cancellation costs as laid out below will be charged.
If we receive less than 24 hours notice, we will endeavour to fill your appointment with another client and if we are successful your booking fee will be refunded or used to secure your next appointment .
If we receive less than 24 hours notice and we are not able to fill the slot, then you will incur a charge of 100% of the full treatment value.
If you fail to show for the appointment, your treatment(s) will be charged at full cost. When this occurs you authorise Perfect Waxing to charge the card saved on file.
If part of a booking is cancelled or changed after arrival, the full cost of the treatment(s) as booked will remain payable upon departure.
Course appointments missed or late cancelled, will automatically be deducted from course records.

Salon working hours are: Monday-Friday 9:30 AM- 6PM, any enquires sent outside working hours will be dealt with next working day.

For appointments made within the 24 hour period, if you cannot make your appointment, please cancel within 4 hours of your appointment time. Failure to do so will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

How To Cancel Or Change Your Appointment

Cancellations should be made only in writing either by text (07411068541 or by email )

We do call/text and/or email to confirm the date and time at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.

If we are unable to reach you at all, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees.

If you need to cancel or amend Monday appointments please notify the salon in writing by Friday 6pm. Outside working hour business phone is not monitored.

Your Client Record Form

You agree to keep your personal record held by the salon updated with your full contact details – which will enable us to contact you in the event of any change relating to your appointments. Where possible, please provide both landline and mobile telephone numbers.

Clients have the right to decline before and after photographs but without photographic evidence we are unable to prove/disprove results (please let us know writing if you do not want to use pictures on our social media).

Due to current situation COVID Questioner Form is mandatory for each appointment made. This is sent electronically to your email address prior your appointment.

A consultation form is mandatory for every clients, without that no treatment is perform. Please make sure you inform the salon if there are any health modification since you last visit or start taking any medication. 

We do reserve the right to end our collaboration if important information that could affect your treatment  are not disclosed.


All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your booking or product is the price as set out on this website.
You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours.
Our system captures client’s card details via Stripe to secure your waxing appointment – we don’t take prepayment or any deposits (unless we notify you in writing due to failing to comply with our T&C mentioned above). On the day of your appointment you simply decide how you prefer to pay.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

We have a strict 24h cancellation policy. If you fail to cancel within 24h or if you fail arrive by your agreed appointment time, you authorize Perfect Waxing to charge the credit or debit card the full amount of your missed appointment. Appointments not attended or cancelled/rescheduled with less notice are considered “missed.


These terms and conditions will also apply to the purchase and redemption of our Gift

The use of gift vouchers fall under the following terms and conditions:
In order to purchase a Gift Certificate, you will need to register an account with us through our
Our Gift Certificates must be redeemed on our Website, as full or part payment of products from our
Website. A Gift Certificate cannot be used to purchase a further Gift Certificate.
Site offers and promotions (including gifts with purchase and discounts) do not apply when
purchasing gift vouchers.
Gift Certificates ordered through our Website will be delivered automatically by electronic means to
the email address you specify at the time of order. Our Gift Certificates include unique numbers and
configurable patterns.
When ordering a Gift Certificate for you or someone else , you should ensure to enter the recipient’s
email address correctly. We cannot be held responsible if the address is entered incorrectly and
someone other than the intended recipient uses the Gift Certificate.

Gift Certificates cannot be exchanged for cash (no refunds are offered).
Gift Certificates may only be redeemed against products purchased in the same currency as the Gift

Vouchers are valid 12 months after purchase day (except the ones sold on Black Friday).

Vouchers cannot be sold to any third parties without our consent. If we do give our consent then
such consent may be subject to any conditions which we impose. In any event you may not sell the
Vouchers through the internet without our express written consent, which you must obtain before
making any such sale. We reserve the right at all times to refuse to permit any sale of Vouchers by
you to a third party.
If an intended purchase is for a higher amount than the face value of the voucher(s), the difference
can be made up with a debit card payment. If it is less, then change can not be given.
Where Products purchased online with a Gift Certificate are returned, monies owning will be
refunded by a Gift Certificate.
We are not responsible if a Gift Certificate is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission and
no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
When you book you appointment and chose to pay with your voucher you agree with our
cancellation policy (48h cancellation policy apply for gift voucher appointments).

Black Friday additional T&C.

Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift. If you received this voucher as a gift please book via . All Gift Certificates purchased for Black Friday can be used in January only.
